Privacy Policy

This website, sealquote.app, is operated by integrAIt Technologies (“integrAIt”, “I”, “me”). SealQuote is a product of integrAIt Technologies.
This policy covers the website only. If you become a client, the handling of your company's and your customers' data in a SealQuote implementation is governed by the separate written agreement signed at that time.
What is collected
When you contact me. The enquiry form on this site asks for your name, your company, and a phone number or email address so I can reply. You may add a message. That is all the form collects, and every field in it is there because I need it to call you back.
Basic usage measurement. I record anonymous counts of page views and whether visitors clicked the call-to-action or submitted the form. This tells me whether the site is doing its job. It is not tied to your name, it does not follow you to other websites, and it is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. These are retained by the provider under its own policy and are not used to build a profile of you.
What is not collected
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No data brokers. No newsletter list you did not ask to join. No sale of personal information under any circumstances.
How it is used
Contact details you submit are used to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and follow up on a call, and to keep a record of our correspondence. They are not used for unrelated marketing, and they are never sold, rented or traded.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiries arrive by email and are stored in that mailbox. Site hosting and email routing are provided by third parties who process data on my behalf and may store it on servers outside Canada.
Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Ask me to delete yours and I will, subject to any records I am legally required to retain.
Your rights
Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and the applicable provincial legislation give you the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and I will respond within thirty days.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept in access-controlled accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and I will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information in a way that creates a real risk of significant harm, I will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new effective date.
