This website, sealquote.app, is operated by integrAIt Technologies (“integrAIt”, “I”, “me”). SealQuote is a product of integrAIt Technologies. By using this site you agree to these terms.
What these terms cover
These terms cover this website only.
They are not the agreement for a SealQuote implementation. If you engage me to build and run a SealQuote system for your company, that work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, data ownership, support and termination. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or replaces anything in it.
The information on this site
The site describes SealQuote as it exists at the time of writing. I keep it accurate and correct errors when I find them, but I do not warrant that every statement is complete or current, and product capabilities may change.
Pricing shown here is indicative. Figures such as a starting implementation price or a monthly service fee are a guide to the range of an engagement. They are not an offer, not a quote, and not binding. A binding price comes only in a written proposal for your company, after we have talked about what you need.
Contacting me through the site
When you submit the enquiry form you agree to give accurate contact details and that I may use them to reply and follow up. Do not use the form to send confidential information, personal information about third parties, or anything unlawful.
Submitting the form does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation on my part to provide services.
The demo
Any live demonstration of SealQuote is arranged directly and is provided for evaluation only. Access credentials issued for a demo are personal to you, must not be shared or published, and may be withdrawn at any time. Demo environments contain fictional data.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or reproduce substantial parts of it for a competing offering.
Intellectual property
The SealQuote name, wordmarks, app icon, logo artwork, page design, copy and screenshots are owned by integrAIt Technologies and may not be copied, adapted or used without written permission. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution.
Liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, integrAIt Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party links
Where the site links elsewhere, those destinations are not under my control and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any protection available to you under the law of the province in which you reside.
Changes
I may update these terms. The revised version is posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
